JOINT ISSUES FORUM. A member selected by the Union and its paid representative will be invited to attend periodic meetings of the Joint Issues Forum during which County representatives and representatives of each bargaining unit will discuss items of common interest to the County and all employee groups. Meetings of this Forum are not to be construed as meet and confer sessions.
