Common use of Joint Labor/Management Review Board Clause in Contracts

Joint Labor/Management Review Board. (1) A joint review board is the appropriate group to review any problems which may arise. Composition will be equal management/labor (2 each) which will leave the grievance as the ultimate appeal. a. The Joint Committee will be established immediately to review work rules and to review results of the Coordinator's program review. b. The Joint Board shall have the responsibility to recommend termination of any unsatisfactory programs. (2) The Coordinator is the non-voting staff to the Review Board.
