Common use of Joint Planning Board Meetings Clause in Contracts

Joint Planning Board Meetings. Meetings of the Joint Planning Board may be held by telephone or similar communication equipment so long as all members participating in a meeting can hear and speak to each other. The Joint Planning Board shall prepare and maintain written minutes of all meetings and shall provide a copy of the minutes to the members within fifteen (15) business days following each meeting.
