Joint & Several Liability. The Student and any other adult occupants of the apartment shall be jointly and severally liable for the performance of all of the obligations of the Student and other occupants pursuant to this Contract. The Student agrees that they are responsible for any damage to the apartment or its equipment and is responsible for maintaining the apartment in a safe and sanitary manner.
