Jointly Provided Switched Access. 7.2.2.4.1 The Parties will use industry standards developed to handle the Provisioning and Billing of Jointly Provided Switched Access Service (such as MECAB, MECOD, SECAB, and the Parties’ FCC and state access Tariffs). Each Party will xxxx the IXC the appropriate portion of its Switched Access Service rates. Qwest will also provide the one-time notification to CLEC of the Billing name, Billing address and Carrier identification codes of the IXCs subtending any access tandems to which CLEC directly connects. This type of traffic is discussed separately in this Section. Qwest will deliver to CLEC all Jointly Provided Switched Access traffic that it receives from IXCs destined to CLEC End User Customers. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, such traffic must be delivered by Qwest over the Jointly Provided Switched Access trunk groups groomed for a specific CLEC end office (i.e., those publicly-dialable NPA NXX Codes served by that end office).
