Common use of JSC Co-Chairs Clause in Contracts

JSC Co-Chairs. The JSC shall be jointly chaired by one representative of each Party to be designated from among such Party’s appointed representatives to the JSC (the “JSC Co-Chairs”). A Party may change its designated JSC Co-Chair by providing written notice to the other Party.

JSC Co-Chairs. The Each Party shall designate one of its representatives as co-chairman of the JSC shall be jointly chaired by one representative of each Party to be designated from among meetings (such Party’s appointed representatives to the JSC (the “JSC Co-ChairsChair”). The chairmanship of JSC meetings shall alternate between each Party’s JSC Co-Chair. A Party may change replace its designated JSC Co-Chair by providing at any time upon prior written notice (including by email) to the other Party. Either JSC Co-Chair may call an emergency JSC meeting for good cause by written request to the other Party.
