Common use of Junior High School Preparations Clause in Contracts

Junior High School Preparations. a) Teachers shall not be required to teach in more than two (2) subject matter areas. Teachers shall not be required to have more than three (3) lesson preparations, including WIN or any other classes that require advanced planning. For purposes of this article, a preparation is defined as a level of a course within a subject matter area. b) Exceptions to the preparation requirements shall be considered on a case-by-case basis, with the consent of the teacher, department chair (where appropriate), principal and EWGTA.
