Jurisdiction; Arbitration. 14.1. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Contract or the GTC with Customers registered within the European Union, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, Liechtenstein, shall be the competent court in which the registered office of the Supplier (itself and not any branch of the Supplier) is located to the extent permitted by law.
