Common use of Jurisdictional competence Clause in Contracts

Jurisdictional competence. In case of any dispute with a client who is not considered a consumer under thereof the Consumer Protection Act, the Parties agree that all legal proceedings to be undertaken shall be instituted and heard before the courts having jurisdiction in the judicial district of Montreal, Province of Quebec where the Parties elect domicile.
