JURY AND WITNESS SERVICE. Section 1. Employees selected for jury duty or subpoenaed for witness service will be allowed the necessary time off to perform the service. Employees must contact their immediate supervisor prior to reporting for jury duty or subpoenaed witness service. An employee who reports and is then released from service must immediately contact the employee's supervisor to coordinate return to work. The Company will make reasonable allowances for travel and shift schedules. Section 2. Regular full-time employees who are absent because of jury duty, government subpoena where the Company is not a party, or Company subpoena, will be paid the difference between the jury duty or specified witness pay and their normal base wages for scheduled shifts missed. Employees will be required to provide documentation of service to receive applicable pay.
