Kanban Replenishment. Intuitive’s Kanban replenishment program requires the Encision to ship an exact quantity of items to Intuitive within a specified number of days after Kanban Signal to Encision. Encision will be provided access to an internet portal that shows all open Kanban Signals to be delivered to Intuitive. This portal will display all parts that are to be shipped by Kanban scan number, Kanban quantity, and due date. Encision is required to deliver in full Kanban quantities only, unless otherwise approved in advance by Intuitive. As feasible and consistent with Encision infrastructure and business processes, Encision will drive lean manufacturing concepts and best practices with Encision’s vendors to maximize the effectiveness of the Kanban replenishment program for Intuitive. Encision will also maximize its internal quality assurance efforts to ensure that full Kanban stocking levels can be built and shipped to Intuitive, with zero defect quality levels. Encision and Intuitive will define and agree on finished goods, work in process and raw material liabilities to enable the Kanban replenishment program to be successful and supportive of Intuitive needs. At a minimum, Encision shall always have a minimum of one (1) Kanban bin in ready to ship, finished goods status.

  • ADMINISTRATION SERVICES The Administrator shall provide the following services, in each case, subject to the control, supervision and direction of the Fund and the review and comment by the Fund's auditors and legal counsel and in accordance with procedures which may be established from time to time between the Fund and the Administrator:

  • Administrative Support Service Fees Within forty-five (45) days of the end of each calendar quarter, the Fund will make payments in the aggregate amount of 0.0625% (0.25% on an annual basis) of the average during that calendar quarter of the aggregate net asset value of the Shares computed as of the close of each business day (the "Service Fee"). Such Service Fee payments received from the Fund will compensate the Distributor for providing administrative support services with respect to Accounts. The administrative support services in connection with Accounts may include, but shall not be limited to, the administrative support services that a Recipient may render as described in Section 3(b)(i) below.

  • Elevator Service If the Building is equipped with elevators, Landlord, during Normal Business Hours of Building, shall furnish elevator service to Tenant to be used in common with others. At least one elevator shall remain in service during all other hours. Landlord may designate a specific elevator for use as a service elevator.

  • Security Services In performing the Services, the Agent shall properly comply at all times with, and perform all of, the Security Procedures.

  • Customer Service As between Fig and Developer, Developer shall be solely responsible for providing and maintaining customer service and technical support in the Territory to Distributors and end users with respect to the Licensed Game (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Distributors and end-users of Fig pursuant to Fig Sales (as defined below)). Such customer service and technical support shall be of a quality that is comparable to such customer service and technical support as Developer provides for its other “top-tier” titles. For the purposes of this Section, “customer service” means the resolution of issues pertaining to the Licensed Game in the following general categories: payment processing, order inquiries, replacements and refunds, and technical support.

  • Quality Service Standards/NAV Errors Price Associates and the Fund may, from time to time, agree to certain quality service standards, with respect to the Services hereunder. In the event Price Associates is the party responsible for causing an error in the computation of the net asset value for a Fund or share class of a Fund (“NAV Error”), the actions that are required to be taken as to such NAV Error shall be made in accordance with the Fund’s Net Asset Value Error Correction Policy and Procedures (“NAV Error Policy”) attached hereto as Schedule II.

  • Past Service Credit Executive shall be given full credit for Executive's prior years of service with Company for all purposes under the plans, programs, policies, agreements and practices covering Executive pursuant to this Section.

  • Utility Services The Owner represents that, to the best of its knowledge, all utility services required to construct and operate the Project (including, without limitation, public water, sewer and electricity) are currently available to the Property in the capacities required to operate the Project. No work need be performed by or on behalf of the Developer to make such utilities available to the Property for the construction or operation of the Project, except for the matters, if any, set forth on Exhibit "D". Copies of letters from the providers of such utility services confirming such availability are annexed hereto as Exhibit "G".
