Common use of Keep Vehicle Insured Clause in Contracts

Keep Vehicle Insured. You must insure and keep the Vehicle insured for its full replacement value with a reputable insurance company against all loss, damage and other usual vehicle risks. You must make sure the insurance policy notes our interest in the Vehicle and names us as loss payee. You will supply us with full details of the insurance when asked to. You must make sure the insurance is not affected in any way, for example you must not let a person who does not hold a full license drive the Vehicle otherwise than in accordance with the law.
