Common use of Keep Your Account Safe Clause in Contracts

Keep Your Account Safe. You must take reasonable steps to keep your Account safe. At a minimum, this means you will: • sign and activate your Card as soon as you get it • never let a person who is not a Cardholder use your Card or your Account • if you give your Card Details to a website or app, make sure other people can’t access that website or app to make purchases with your Card Details • tell us right away if you see any unauthorized Transactions, if your Card or Card Details are lost or stolen or if you think that someone knows your PIN
