Keeping appointments with Customers. If SW arranges, through the Licensee, an appointment to meet with a Customer, it will offer a morning or afternoon appointment or a two-hour time-band. Provided the appointment is arranged more than 24 hours in advance, SW will pay £20 to the Licensee if it fails to turn up on the scheduled morning or afternoon or within the agreed two-hour time band, unless it gave at least 12 hours notice to the Licensee cancelling or changing the appointment.
