Key Deposit. 2.1 The Licensee must pay the Key Deposit to the Licensor on or before the Commencement Date. 2.2 The Licensor must refund the Key Deposit to the Licensee when the key is returned. If the Licensee does not return the key on or before the last day of the Licence Term (or upon vacating the berth, whichever is earlier) the Licensee forfeits the Key Deposit.

Key Deposit. A key deposit for an amount equal to that recorded in paragraph 1 shall be paid by the Rentee to the Rentor upon signature of this Agreement and retained by the Rentor until such time as all keys to the Vehicle are returned to the Rentor. No interest shall accrue to the security deposit during the period of the Agreement.

The key may be picked up on the day for which the FACILITY is reserved before 4:30 p.m. For Saturday or Sunday rentals, the key must be picked up before 4:30 p.m. Friday. The deposit will be returned after the facility has passed inspection, typically within 2-3 business days after the event, and the key returned. The key can be returned to City Hall or placed in the night drop box located outside City Hall. Deposits will not be refunded for the following reasons: 1) damage to facility, furnishings, or grounds; 2) facility left in an unclean condition; 3) any guest displays improper conduct as determined by the CITY or City’s Representative or Attendant on-site. Improper conduct includes but is not limited to apparent intoxication, abusive or threatening language, physical violence, or lewd behavior; 4) key is not returned; 5) inventory from the FACILITY including the kitchen and/or meeting room is missing or damaged.
Key Deposit. Owner shall upon execution of this Agreement pay the sum specified above as the “Key Card Deposit” for each gate key card issued to Owner. The Marina reserves the right to restrict the number of key cards issued to any Owner. This deposit shall be refundable, without interest, upon return of the key cards at the termination of the Agreement. A $50 charge will be imposed for each key card replaced.
