Nosocomial sepsis rates (per 1000 patient days) from NYS NICU Module; B. Central line associated bloodstream infection rates per 1000 central line days using the NYS hospital acquired infection data reporting system; C. Maintenance checklist use per total number of days of central line use; and D. Percent infants discharged from NICU at less than 10th percentile weight born <31 weeks gestation.
