Common use of Key Personnel Changes Clause in Contracts

Key Personnel Changes. The chair of the Board of Trustees or an officer of the School Corporation shall provide notice within five business days of the chair of the Board of Trustees or an officer of the School Corporation receiving written notice of the intended departure of a person from his or her position with the School Corporation who is a member of the Board of Trustees, an officer of the School Corporation, or a key personnel as identified by position in Attachment H (but no later than the time the School Corporation announces such departure publicly) to DC PCSB identifying the person, the position such person is leaving, the date of such departure, and the actions the School Corporation has taken or intends to take to replace such person.
