Key Services. Establish objectives to agree requirements on values, costs, timescales and form of contract - Agree most appropriate disposal methodology, sale strategy, requirements for external reports/surveys - Gather data on site boundaries and access, building types, report on title, comparable values, rates and costs - Submit point of sale/disposal valuation and guide price - Submit planning summary outlining current planning status of site and policy context - Prepare marketing materials for prior approval eg. brochure, adverts, board, website - Liaise with legal advisers to agree draft form of sale contract, tender documentation, resolve title queries, etc. - Supervise marketing campaign, including coordinating mailshots, viewings, inspections/surveys, dealing with general enquiries and liaison with bidders and other agents - Supervise compliant process of bid submissions, opening of bids/tenders, analysis and recommendation report (for subsequent rounds of bidding if appropriate) - Supervise/Conduct financial and security checks and due diligence investigation of lead bidders - Negotiate of sale contract and guidance / negotiation on clawback / overage mechanisms in conjunction with legal advisers - Maintain records of all negotiations, viewings, and correspondence relating to the transaction, detailing all property listings provided to the FCO - Supervise completion of the transaction via agreed FCO approval process and signatories - Ad hoc/General advice and guidance on disposals
