Common use of Keystroke Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Keystroke Monitoring. The University reserves the right to monitor the quantity and quality of an employee’s work. Prior to the implementation of any new automatic keystroke monitoring program, the University agrees to meet with the Union to negotiate the matter. The current minimum standards and productivity pay in the Radiology Department’s Incentive Program shall remain in effect during the life of this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties.
