Area of Concern Cracks in walkways and/or patios within property boundaries and/or driveway. Standard: Cracks that do not exceed an average of ½ inch in width and vertical displacement that does not exceed an average of ½ inch are to be expected. Developer or Initial Purchaser must immediately seal all cracks appearing with a waterproof substance.
Boundaries All of the improvements which were included in determining the appraised value of the Property lie wholly within the boundaries and building restriction lines of the Property, and no improvements on adjoining properties encroach upon the Property, and no easements or other encumbrances upon the Property encroach upon any of the Improvements, so as to affect the value or marketability of the Property except those which are insured against by the Title Insurance Policy.

Transfer outside of the Bargaining Unit (a) A nurse who is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit for a period of not more than three (3) months, or is seconded to teach for an academic year shall not suffer any loss of seniority, service or benefits. A nurse who is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit for a period of more than three (3) months, but not more than one (1) year shall retain, but not accumulate, her or his seniority held at the time of the transfer. AREA OF OPERATION This agreement shall operate throughout the State of Western Australia.
Geographic Scope The "Territory," which defines the geographic scope of the covenants contained in this Section 7, shall extend to and include all of the states (or foreign equivalent) in which the Company does business as M&A advisors or private placement equity advisors.
New Consumers If New Consumers elect not to opt-out of the Program as provided in Article 3.2, such New Consumers will be automatically enrolled by Competitive Supplier in the Program. Competitive Supplier shall enroll such New Consumers in accordance with applicable Local Distributor rules.
