Kitchen Exhaust System. a) The Licensee shall provide enclosure to the kitchen area and ensure that all smell is kept within this enclosure. b) The licensee shall install appropriate exhaust filter, hood and air cleaning system as required by CMRL and approved by the relevant authorities to cover the entire heating area and use utensils with covers for heating.
