Know The Getting Started. Guide And Leadership Guide: Sponsors and Upline Leaders (no matter how high they go) should have read the Getting Started Guide and Leadership Guide so that every Sponsor and Upline Leader knows exactly what the new consultant and what the company expects of them. No exceptions. Follow the guides yourselves when instructing your new consultants on what to do. Be sure to be there to answer questions and help them until they become more independent. Never leave them to fend for themselves. If I catch wind that a Sponsor or Upline Leader has abandoned their team... they will lose their team. I don’t play games where sponsorship is concerned! Ever!

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - One-year certificate from an appropriate technical/military school or completion of trade apprenticeship; or three years verifiable experience in a related field. - Ability to read, write and speak English, interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blue prints, wiring diagrams and equipment manuals.   • Non-Promotive Appointment 254. An employee or officer who is a permanent appointee following completion of the probationary period or 2,080 hours of permanent service, and who accepts a non-promotive appointment in a classification having the same salary grade, or a lower salary grade, the appointee shall enter the new position at that salary step which is the same as that received in the prior appointment, or if the salary steps do not match, then the salary step which is immediately in excess of that received in the prior appointment, provided that such salary shall not exceed the maximum of the salary grade. Further increments shall be based upon the seniority increment anniversary date in the prior appointment.
