Ability to write description of work performed on work order. - Ability to effectively communicate with building occupants and employees at OCCC. - Must demonstrate computer literacy and ability to use common computer applications. - Shall possess a valid Florida Driver’s license (or State issued ID) for the duration of employment in this position. - Willing to work in a team atmosphere and be willing to work alongside OCCC employees.

Paid leave of absence, for purposes of this Agreement, shall also include any period of eligibility for workers’ compensation, temporary disability indemnity payments in accordance with the provisions of state, or federal law, or any period of eligibility for disability insurance payments.
