Known Trips Sample Clauses

Known Trips. To facilitate the process, known trips will be pre- assigned by the Transportation Supervisor. All extra trips will be assigned in chronological order of the date of the trip. These pre- assignments are not considered final until the individual employees accept or decline the assignment on the first employee workday of the month. Any declined trip will be offered to the next employee in the rotation on the extra trip roster.
