L imitation of Authority. Only the Authorized Representative or Authorized Representative’s delegate by writing (delegation to be made prior to action) shall have the express, implied, or apparent authority to alter, amend, modify, or waive any clause or condition of this Contract. Furthermore, any alteration, amendment, modification, or waiver or any clause or condition of this contract is not effective or binding unless made in writing and signed by the Authorized Representative.

  • LIMITATION OF AUTHORITY No person is authorized to make any representations concerning the Funds or the Shares except those contained in the Prospectus of each Fund and in such printed information as the Distributor may subsequently prepare. No person is authorized to distribute any sales material relating to any Fund without the prior written approval of the Distributor.
