Common use of Label License Clause in Contracts

All products supplied by ACLARA to CELLOMICS will include a label license, granting CELLOMICS a license under ACLARA's intellectual property to use, offer to sell, and sell any such products for use in the Field, such label license being transferable to the purchasers of such products.
