In circumstances where it may not be clear that information that is provided or exchanged between the Parties pursuant to the authority provided in this Agreement is Confidential Information, the information being provided should be clearly marked “confidential” or “proprietary.” Such labeling is not required for the regular, automated exchange of Confidential Information that occurs, for example, to permit the Parties to administer CTS.
