No union or other labor organization is seeking to organize, or to be recognized as, a collective bargaining unit of employees of a Covered Person. There is no pending or, to Borrower's knowledge, threatened, strike, work stoppage, material unfair labor practice claim or other material labor dispute against or affecting any Covered Person or its employees.
