Common use of Labor Contracts and Disputes Clause in Contracts

Labor Contracts and Disputes. Except as disclosed on Schedule 5.25: (a) to Borrower’s knowledge, there is no collective bargaining agreement or other labor contract covering employees of any Credit Party; (b) no union or other labor organization is seeking to organize, or be recognized as, a collective bargaining unit of employees of any Credit Party; and (c) there is no pending or, to any Credit Party’s knowledge, threatened strike, work stoppage, material unfair labor practice claim or other material labor dispute against or affecting any Credit Party or its employees which, individually or in the aggregate, could be reasonably expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
