It is further understood and agreed that the Contractor shall furnish to the Owner in duplicate, a copy of his current labor contract and any subsequent labor contracts effective during the term of this Contract pertaining to his elevator maintenance personnel, and the Contractor further agrees to furnish any additional information concerning overtime charges to the Owner at any time upon request.
