LABOR MANAGEMENT AND SAFETY COMMITTEE. Section 4.1 - COMPENSATION. MEETINGS AND AGENDAS The Board, and its designated representatives, and the Union, and one (1) representative from each department recognized in this Agreement, bus drivers, cooks, cafeteria aides, custodians, licensed engineers, and secretaries, (chosen by the union) shall meet to discuss matters of mutual interest other than those included in this Agreement as follows;
