Labor Management Committee Operating Guidelines. In an effort to further a good working relationship between the parties, a labor management committee ("LMC") shall be formed to investigate, study, and discuss solutions to mutual problems affecting labor relations.
A. Representation on this committee will be: For the City: Assistant or Deputy City Manager or designee Director of Human Resources, or Dept.
