Common use of LABOR MANAGEMENT COOPERATIVE COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

LABOR MANAGEMENT COOPERATIVE COMMITTEE. (a) The Employer shall make contributions to the applicable local Joint Cooperative Trust Fund or Labor Management Cooperative Committee for all classifications in the amounts shown in Appendix I. Contributions shall be made to the Fund named in Appendix II. The language in Section 8.07 (a) and (b) is hereby incorporated into this Section. (b) In addition to the above LMCC employer contribution, there shall be an employee contribution, through hourly wage deduction, in the amount shown in Appendix I, to the Fund named in Appendix II.
