LABOR REGULATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS. Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable provisions of Title 34 of the Utah Code, and with all applicable federal, state and local labor laws. Contractor shall indemnify and hold County harmless from and against any and all claims for liability arising out of any violation of this paragraph, or the laws referenced, by Contractor, its agents or employees.
