Common use of Labor Standards Clause in Contracts

Labor Standards. (A) The Grantee will comply with the following labor standards: (1) Xxxxx-Xxxxx wage rates, which apply to demolition followed by construction on the site (including any public housing rental units or homeownership units developed with assistance under this Grant agreement); (2) HUD-determined wage rates, which apply to: (a) the development or operation of revitalized housing to the extent required under Section 12(a) of the 1937 Act, and (b) demolition followed only by filling in the site and establishing a lawn.
