Labor Standards. 7.7.1 In the performance of its obligations under the Contract Documents, DB Contractor at all times shall comply, and require by Subcontract that all Subcontractors and Suppliers comply, with all applicable federal and State labor, occupational safety and health standards, rules, regulations and federal and State orders. 7.7.2 All individuals performing Work shall have the skill and experience and any licenses required to perform the Work assigned to them. 7.7.3 If any individual employed by DB Contractor or any Subcontractor is not performing the Work in a proper, safe and skillful manner, then DB Contractor shall, or shall cause such Subcontractor to, remove such individual and such individual shall not be re-employed on the Work. If, after notice and reasonable opportunity to cure, such individual is not removed or if DB Contractor fails to ensure that skilled and experienced personnel are furnished for the proper performance of the Work, then TxDOT may suspend the affected portion of the Work by delivery of written notice of such suspension to DB Contractor. Such suspension shall be considered a suspension for cause and shall in no way relieve DB Contractor of any obligation contained in the Contract Documents or entitle DB Contractor to any additional compensation or time extension hereunder.
