LABOUR MANAGEMENT NEGOTIATIONS. 6.01 The Union shall provide the Employer with the names of its Negotiating Committee, and the Employer shall provide the Union with the names of the Employer’s Negotiating Committee prior to commencement of negotiations. Any additions or deletions from the list of names provided shall be communicated to the other party without undue delay. 6.02 The Union shall have the right to have the assistance of representatives of the Canadian Union of Public Employees in meetings arranged with the Employer. 6.03 In the event of one party wishing to call a meeting of the Negotiating Committees the other party shall be notified. The meeting shall be held at a time and place as shall be fixed by mutual agreement. 6.04 The Employer and Union agree to share equally, the cost for meeting rooms used during negotiations and the cost of printing the Collective Agreement. 6.05 The Negotiating Committee shall have the right to attend meetings held within working hours in order to prepare amendments for the next Agreement up to a maximum of three (3) days per member. Such employees shall be paid at their regular rate of pay. 6.06 The Employer shall grant leave-of-absence without loss of pay or benefits to members of the Union who participate in negotiations, conciliation or interest arbitration, provided that not more than three (3) employees at one time shall be permitted such leave for any one set of negotiations.
