LABOUR MANAGEMENT NEGOTIATIONS. ‌ 6.01 A bargaining committee shall be appointed and consist of not more than four (4) representatives of the Employer, as appointees of the Employer, and not more than four (4) representatives of the Union as appointees of the Union. The Union will advise the Employer of the Union nominees to the Committee. 6.02 Any representative of the Union of this committee, who is in the employ of the Employer, shall have the privilege of attending meetings of the committee held within working hours without loss of remuneration.
