LACK OF COMPLETE ACTIVITY DECLARATION. In case of lack of declaration, incomplete declaration or late declaration of your Turnover, We may forfeit cover for the Debts not declared in due time, but You shall still pay Us the premium on the basis of the Turnover taking into account the Debts not declared or declared late. We also reserve the right to terminate the Contract.
LACK OF COMPLETE ACTIVITY DECLARATION. If You fail to send us a declaration within the allocated time and despite Our written reminder or if you fail to declare the all Outstanding falling within the scope of this Contract, We will be released from payment of indemnification with regard to the Debts not declared, but You will still have to pay Us for the corresponding premium. We also reserve the rights to terminate this Contract within one month from the date we discovered the breach according to § 6, par 1 of the Austrian Insurance Contract Act (= VersVG).
