Accessing Your Personal Information. We make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your Personal Information. You may review or verify your Personal Information by reviewing your account statements or passbook updates, by visiting the branch or office where your account is held, or by accessing your account through our online or mobile banking platform. If you would like to find out to whom we have disclosed your Personal Information, you may contact the branch or office where your account is held. In most provinces, you have the right to access and verify the Personal Information held about you by credit bureaus. We will provide you with the name and location of any credit bureau that has provided us with a report on you.
