Common use of Lack of driver Clause in Contracts

Lack of driver. An employee who is employed on a temporary basis, and has worked for 3 months for a company has the right to repayment of costs for statutory renewal of a driving licence in this country, pursuant to the Regulation on tachographs and their use. If an employee terminates his/her employment within 6 months of the renewal of a licence, it is authorised to claim recovery for outlay costs in proportion to the length of employment.
