Land Share. Undivided, impartible, proportionate and variable share in the land comprised in the Said Premises, as is attributable to the Said Flat (Land Share). The Land Share is/shall be derived by taking into consideration the proportion which the built-up area of the Said Flat bears to the total built-up area of the Said Complex.
Land Share. The undivided, impartible, proportionate and variable share in the Said Property, as be attributable and appurtenant to the Said Apartment. The Land Share is to/shall be derived by taking into consideration the proportion, which area of the Said Apartment bears to the total area of the Said Project.
Land Share. Subject to the provisions of Clause 6.1.1 below, undivided, impartible, proportionate and variable share in the land underneath the Said Building, comprised within the Said Property, as be attributable and appurtenant to the Said Flat (Land Share). The Land Share is/shall be derived by taking into consideration the proportion which the super built up area of the Said Flat bears to the total super built up area of the Said Building.
Land Share. Undivided, impartible, proportionate and variable share in the land underneath the said Block as be attributable and appurtenant to the Said Flat/Unit (Land Share). The Land Share has been derived by taking into consideration the proportion which the area of the said Flat/Unit bears to the total area of the said Block.
Land Share. The Land Share, being undivided, impartible, proportionate and variable share in the land underneath the Said Building, comprised within the Said Premises, as be attributable and appurtenant to the Said Flat.
Land Share. Undivided, impartible, proportionate and variable share in the land contained in the Said Property, as be attributable and appurtenant to the Said Unit, the Parking Space and the Share In Common Portions (Land Share). The Land Share is/shall be derived by taking into consideration the proportion which the built-up area of the Said Unit in the said building and the Parking Space in the MLCP Building bears to the total built-up area of Said Building and the MLCP Building . The Said Unit, the Parking Space (if any) and the Share In Common Portions, the Land Share, collectively described in Part III of the 2nd Schedule below (collectively Said Unit And Appurtenances).
Land Share. Undivided, proportionate, indivisible, variable and impartible share and/or interest (Land Share) underneath the respective tower in the said Premises more fully described in the First Schedule hereto (Demised Land), as be attributable and appurtenant to the Said Unit.
Land Share. Land Share. Together with the proportionate undivided impartible variable share in the land underneath the Said Building attributable to the Said Apartment (hereinafter referred to as “Land Share”).
