SUPER BUILT UP AREA according to the context shall in relation to the said Unit in the Building mean and include the built up area of the Said Unit and proportionate share of other areas including area for common purpose and mandatory open space in the said building but shall not include Car Parking Space.
SUPER BUILT UP AREA. Super Built Up area has been calculated by including in measurement the thickness of the outer walls, balcony and proportionate share of the common areas including utilities areas.
SUPER BUILT UP AREA. 00 Sq.ft. ) at Floor of the building complex together with an impartible right/share in the land on which the same stands, more particularly describedin the Schedule-B given hereinbelow, for a valuable consideration of Rs._ .00 ( Rupees ) only.
SUPER BUILT UP AREA will be the total covered area of the respective flat and including the right in common parts and common portions like entrance lobby and upper floor lobbies, stair-cases, landings, stair covers, club, lift machine rooms, servants / common toilet, electrical rooms, CC TV Room and overhead tank, overhead fire tank, STP, underground tank, rain water harvesting tank, garbage room/vat, pump room, security room, fire tank, sump and common roof etc.
SUPER BUILT UP AREA. For the purpose of calculation of proportionate common expenses and maintenance charges the same would be deemed as “Unit Area for CAM” as above.
SUPER BUILT UP AREA. 00 Sq.ft.) at Floor of the building known as “ SHELCON FLORA ” together with undivided proportionate right in the Schedule-A land on which the said building stands, forming part of R.S. Plot No.73 corresponding to L.R. Plot No.196, recorded in L.R. Khatian No.448, situated within Mouza - Baragharia, X.X. No.82, under Gram Panchayat Area, Pargana - Patharghata, P.S. - Matigara, District - Darjeeling.
SUPER BUILT UP AREA. Super Built Up Area shall, according to its context, means the plinth area of the Flat or all the flats in the building which contains the Flat, including, the bathrooms and balconies and also the thickness of the outer walls, internal walls and pillars and also including a proportionate share of the Common Portions including staircase and landings, over head and underground reservoirs, etc.
SUPER BUILT UP AREA. The Super Built Up area shall, according to its context, mean the plinth area of a Flat, including the bathrooms, balconies, thickness of the outer walls, internal walls and pillars, and also include a proportionate share of the Common Portions which includes the staircase(s), landings, staircase cabins, lifts, lift wall and lift machine rooms, meter rooms, overhead and underground reservoirs, septic tanks, gymnasium, indoor games rooms, community hall, swimming pool, lounge, association/company office, caretaker room and toilet etc. The Super Built Up Area of a Flat shall be computed by adding the mutually agreed fixed percentage of 37% (thirty-seven percent) to its Built Up/Covered Area and the Common Expenses mentioned in Part-IV of Schedule-D shall be payable on the basis of the Super Built Up Area and the Purchaser undertakes not to make any objection and/or claims demands with regard thereto in any manner whatsoever and howsoever including such portions of roof that are for common use and enjoyment.
SUPER BUILT UP AREA. The Super Built-Up Area of the Unit mentioned in Part-I of Schedule-B is its Built-Up Area together with proportionate areas occupied by the Common Portions mentioned in Schedule-C.
SUPER BUILT UP AREA of any Unit shall include the Common Area and all spaces meant for the common use of the owners/purchasers/occupiers of Units of the Project.
