Common use of Land Use Regulations Clause in Contracts

Land Use Regulations. All development within the Property shall generally comply with: (a) the City Code, unless otherwise stipulated or modified herein or listed on Exhibit “C” attached hereto; and (b) the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any Exhibits attached hereto.

Land Use Regulations. All development within the Property shall generally comply with: (a) the Revised Concept Plan attached hereto as Exhibit “B-1”; (b) the City Code, unless otherwise stipulated or modified herein or listed on Exhibit “C” attached hereto; and (bc) the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any Exhibits attached hereto.
