Common use of Landlord and Mortgagee Consents Clause in Contracts

Landlord and Mortgagee Consents. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Xxxxxx, duly executed landlord, bailee and mortgagee waivers and consents from the landlords, bailees and mortgagees of all of Xxxxxxxx’s leased or owned locations where Collateral is held, in each case, in form and substance satisfactory to Lender.
