Common use of Landlord’s Agent Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Agent. Unless Landlord delivers notice to Tenant to the contrary, Landlord’s Agent is authorized to act as Landlord’s agent in connection with the performance of this Lease, and Tenant shall be entitled to rely upon correspondence received from Landlord’s Agent. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord’s Agent is acting solely as agent for Landlord in connection with the foregoing; and neither Landlord’s Agent nor any of its direct or indirect partners, members, managers, officers, shareholders, directors, employees, principals, agents or representatives shall have any liability to Tenant in connection with the performance of this Lease, and Tenant waives any and all claims against any and all of such parties arising out of, or in any way connected with, this Lease, the Building or the Real Property.

Landlord’s Agent. Unless Landlord delivers written notice to Tenant to the contrary, Landlord’s Agent is authorized to act as Landlord’s agent in connection with the performance of this Lease, and Tenant shall be entitled to rely upon correspondence received from Landlord’s Agent. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord’s Agent is acting solely as agent for Landlord in connection with the foregoing; and neither Landlord’s Agent nor any of its direct or indirect partners, members, managers, officers, shareholders, directors, employees, principals, agents or representatives shall have any liability to Tenant in connection with the performance of this Lease, and Tenant waives any and all claims against any and all of such parties arising out of, or in any way connected with, this Lease, the Building or the Real Property.

Landlord’s Agent. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord’s 's Agent is acting solely as agent for Landlord in connection with the foregoing; and neither Landlord’s 's Agent nor any of its direct or indirect partners, members, managers, officers, shareholders, directors, employees, principals, agents or representatives shall have any liability to Tenant in connection with the performance of this Lease, and Tenant waives any and all claims against any and all of such parties arising out of, or in any way connected with, this Lease, the Building or the Real Property.

Tenant acknowledges that Landlord’s Agent is acting solely as agent for Landlord in connection with the foregoing; and neither Landlord’s Agent nor any of its direct or indirect partners, members, managers, officers, shareholders, directors, employees, principals, agents or representatives shall have any liability to Tenant in connection with the performance of this Amended and Restated Lease, and Tenant waives any and all claims against any and all of such parties arising out of, or in any way connected with, this Amended and Restated Lease, the Building or the Real Property.

Tenant acknowledges that LandlordXxxxxxxx’s Agent is acting solely as agent for Landlord in connection with the foregoing; and neither Landlord’s Agent nor any of its direct or indirect partners, members, managers, officers, shareholders, directors, employees, principals, agents or representatives shall have any liability to Tenant in connection with the performance of this Lease, and Tenant waives any and all claims against any and all of such parties arising out of, or in any way connected with, with Xxxxxxxx’s Agent’s performance of Landlord’s obligations under this Lease, the Building or the Real Property.

Landlord’s Agent. Unless Landlord delivers notice to Tenant to the contrary, Landlord’s 's Agent is authorized to act as Landlord’s 's agent in connection with the performance of this Lease, and Tenant shall be entitled to rely upon correspondence received from Landlord’s 's Agent. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord’s 's Agent is acting solely as agent for Landlord in connection with the foregoing; and neither Landlord’s 's Agent nor any of its direct or indirect partners, members, managers, officers, shareholders, directors, employees, principals, agents or representatives shall have any liability to Tenant in connection with the performance of this Lease, and Tenant waives any and all claims against any and all of such parties arising out of, or in any way connected with, this Lease, the Building Building, the Real Property or the Real PropertyCenter.

Landlord’s Agent. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord’s 's Agent is acting solely as agent for Landlord in connection with the foregoing; and neither Landlord’s 's Agent nor any of its direct or indirect partners, members, managers, officers, shareholders, directors, employees, principals, agents or representatives shall have any liability to Tenant in connection with the performance of this Lease, and Tenant waives any and all claims against any and all of such parties (other than Landlord) arising out of, or in any way connected with, this Lease, the Building or the Real Property.

Landlord’s Agent. Unless Landlord delivers notice to Tenant to the contrary, Landlord’s 's Agent is authorized to act as Landlord’s 's agent in connection with the performance of this Lease, and Tenant shall be entitled to rely upon correspondence received from Landlord’s 's Agent. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord’s 's Agent is acting solely as agent for Landlord in connection with the foregoing; and neither Landlord’s 's Agent nor any of its direct or indirect partners, members, managers, officers, shareholders, directors, employees, principals, agents or representatives shall have any liability to Tenant in connection with the performance of this Lease, and Tenant waives any and all claims against any and all of such parties arising out of, or in any way connected with, this Lease, the Building or the Real Property.

Landlord’s Agent. Unless Landlord delivers notice to Tenant to the contrary, Landlord’s Agent is authorized to act as Landlord’s agent in connection with the performance of this Lease, and Tenant shall be entitled to rely upon correspondence received from Landlord’s Agent. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord’s Agent is acting solely as agent for Landlord in connection with the foregoing; and neither Landlord’s Agent nor any of its direct or indirect partners, members, managers, officers, shareholders, directors, employees, principals, agents or representatives shall have any liability to Tenant in connection with the performance of this Lease, and Tenant waives any and all claims against any and all of such parties arising out of, or in any way connected with, this Lease, the Building Building, the Complex or the Real Property.

Landlord’s Agent. Unless Landlord delivers shall render written notice to Tenant to the contrary, “Landlord’s Agent Agent,” as defined in Article l(b), is authorized to act as Landlord’s agent in connection with the performance of this Lease, and . Tenant shall be entitled to rely upon correspondence received from deal solely with Landlord’s AgentAgent in the administration and performance of this Lease. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord’s Agent is acting solely as agent for Landlord in connection with the foregoing; and neither Landlord’s Agent nor any of and its direct or and indirect partners, members, managers, officers, shareholders, directors, employees, principals, agents or representatives directors and employees shall have any no liability to Tenant in connection with the performance of this Lease, Lease and Tenant waives any and all claims against any and all of such parties party arising out of, or in any way connected with, this Lease, the Building or the Real Property.
