Common use of Landlord's Alterations and Improvements Clause in Contracts

Landlord's Alterations and Improvements. Landlord reserves the right to make such changes, alterations, additions, and improvements in or to the Building and the fixtures and equipment thereof, as well as in or to the street entrances, doors, halls, passages, elevators, escalators and stairways thereof, and other public portions of the Building and the Property, as Landlord shall deem necessary or desirable, and no such alterations or changes shall be deemed a breach of Landlord's covenant of quiet enjoyment or a constructive eviction.
