Landlord’s retention of the Plans and Specifications or any other action taken with respect thereto by Landlord or any Mortgagee shall not constitute an opinion or representation by Landlord or the Mortgagee as to the sufficiency of said Plans and Specifications or impose any responsibility for the sufficiency thereof upon Landlord or the Mortgagee.
