Common use of Landlord’s Damages Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Damages. The loss or damage suffered by Landlord by reason of termination of this Lease or the deficiency from any reletting as provided for above will include the expense of repossession and any repairs or remodeling undertaken by Landlord following repossession, brokerage fees resulting from reletting the Premises, and all damages Landlord may incur by reason of such default, including without limitation, the cost of recovering the Premises.
