Common use of Landlord’s Damages Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Damages. In the event of any taking or conveyance as herein provided, Tenant shall not be entitled to any part of the award for such taking or conveyance, and Landlord and any Mortgagee shall receive the full amount of such award as their respective interests may appear. Tenant expressly waives any right or claim to any part thereof and assigns to Landlord any such right or claim to which Tenant might become entitled.

Landlord’s Damages. In the event of any taking condemnation or conveyance as herein providedtaking, whether whole or partial, the Tenant shall not be entitled to any part of the award for such taking or conveyance, and Landlord and any Mortgagee shall receive the full amount of such award as their respective interests may appearaward. Tenant hereby expressly waives any right or claim to any part thereof of such amount and assigns to Landlord any such right or claim to which Tenant might become entitled.
